An Annual Pass Welcome Kit That Kicks Off the Excitement

Universal Orlando came to us looking for a refreshed way to get their Annual Pass members excited for their new or renewed membership and update and remind them of all that the theme park has to offer.

I worked with a creative director and copywriter to design custom dimensional mailers that would serve as welcome kits that would include a Passholder's Manual and letter detailing all of the new and notable experiences and attractions awaiting members at the park.

Below are the comps for the package I helped create. I designed and built the digital mockups for the mailer, booklet, letter, and visa-inspired illustrations.

The dimensional mailer was designed to look like a luggage or trunk, embellished with travel-inspired stickers that all nod to Universal Orlando's attractions.

Inside the mailer, members first see the Passholder's Manual. Our team decided to create a passport-like booklet to stay on theme with the concept of traveling to Universal Orlando and getting in on all the fun.

The final piece I designed for the welcome kit was a personalized letter. The use of the visa stamp-inspired illustrations tied this piece into the overall theme, and messaging ensured that members stayed up-to-date on the latest things to look forward to on their next visit.
