A New User Journey Fit for Royalty

Burger King recently rebranded, and our team was tasked with updating a few key communications for new members of the Burger King Royal Perks loyalty program. These communications progress from offering incentives for the customer to come back for more, to capturing their personal preferences, and to having them engage via email communications and through the app.

To ensure that these would keep the interest of the customer, I worked on keeping the messaging concise, the CTAs direct, and the offers bold and enticing. My focus with these designs was to bring the new brand's vibrancy to the forefront while highlighting various products or brand illustrations where applicable.
